Leckford Fruit & Seed Hot Cross Buns

16 Feb 2026

A seasonal favourite with a wholesome twist. Our Fruit & Seed Hot Cross Buns are crafted using our own Leckford Estate flour, milled from wheat grown right here on our Hampshire farm. Displaying the 'Championing Regenerative Farming' logo, these buns represent our commitment to flavour, tradition and the future of our soil.

The Product

These are not your typical hot cross buns. We’ve packed them full of juicy sultanas and tart cranberries for a burst of sweetness, then added a crunchy scattering of sunflower and pumpkin seeds for a unique, nutty texture.

Serving Suggestion: They are fantastic toasted until golden, spread generously with salted butter, and finished with a drizzle of our Leckford and Hampshire Honey.

The Process

The secret to the depth of flavour lies in the base: our Leckford flour. The wheat is grown on the Leckford Estate, where we prioritise the health of the land.

  • Estate-Grown: Every bun starts with wheat harvested from our own fields, ensuring quality as well as sustainability.
  • Regenerative Roots: Our wheat is farmed regeneratively by a dedicated team of farmers who look after the land and the wider environment, ensuring the soil remains fertile and resilient for generations to come.

Ethics & Sustainability

You will find the 'Championing Regenerative Farming' logo prominently on the front of every pack. This is more than just a label; it’s a promise that the grain used in these buns has been grown using methods that support biodiversity and carbon sequestration.

By choosing our Fruit & Seed Hot Cross Buns, you are supporting a food system that gives back to nature. To learn more about how we grow our wheat, visit our Regenerative Farming page.
