About this hole
The initial tee shot is from an elevated tee to a sweeping dogleg par 5, which winds gently up the valley. The right side of the fairway is protected by a line of bunkers, and there is another bunker on the left to catch the drive taking on the tiger line over the corner of the mound on the left. The green is visible after the drive, reachable for the longer hitters, but a comfortable three-shot opener. The green slopes from back to front and has a bunker defending the right side of the putting surface.
